Bought this bike rack based on the fact that pricing was good and this brand sells in alot of the bike stores. All of the straps on this bike rack are lousy, this rack is not worth the money. When I went to take the bike down, the rubber strap that holds one of the bikes was snapped. I called the company to get replacement straps so I wouldn't have to send the bike rack back.

The Northwestern New Jersey Bike to Work Challenge is a free, friendly competition where everyone from veteran commuters to novice riders can get together to compete for prizes and bragging rights. Step 3 -- Starting May 1st, participants log in and enter their miles traveled to and/or from work. Last year the free, month-long challenge encouraged over 100 commuters throughout northwestern New Jersey to discover the fun of commuting by bike. After a successful month of competition, roughly 5,000 miles were logged in over 550 one-way trips. This May, in celebration of National Bike Month, TransOptions, along with featured sponsor Cycle Craft of Parsippany and Long Valley, is once again inviting bike commuters and those interested in commuting by bike to leave their car keys at home...
